NSV:Kinda....I think........Motorcycle Related
I've noticed a different reaction from people when I'm on my Harley.......
I have several Harleys....All of which are modified.....Meaning Louder than stock.....
I don't claim to be biker by any means.... I have to much respect for real bikers.....I'm an enthusiast recreational rider.
When I was Obese......
- Parents would grab there children......
- Children would run.....
- At a stop light..... I would look over and see the door lock thing suck down....
- People would catch eyes with me than look away real fast....
Today I was out puttin......got two smiles from women.....one older and one younger......
At a stop light.....about a 2 year old kid was pointing at me.....I smiled and waved..... and the mom grabbed the kids hand (I thought to pull him away from the bad biker) she takes the kids hand and helps the kid wave back to me.....with a smile......
Just a random observation......

I always thought bikers were scary... The ones around here anyway. I used to make faces at people driving by, and I used to smush my face up against the car window, and whenever a biker went by my mom would lecture me on what not to do because it was a biker.. haha (just in my opinion)
Let me edit this to say you are not scary :)

Well, I'm a biker and I never thought of myself as scary. But maybe people don't think we lady bikers are scary.
Frisco, I'm only 2.5 months out and don't think my measly 50+ pounds lost are significant enough yet to make the sort of difference that you refer to. We'll see what happens as I get down towards goal.

HAHAHA.....nice one Frisco! I shared this post with a friend of mine that is also a biker and he got a kick out of it. He said it is sooooo true.
He said people are usually scared of people on bikes in general. Maybe you just give off a more friendly aura now? Since you are happier with yourself.....it just gives off the positive vibes!
