Calories/Carbs?
Just to keep this CLEAR so the OP doesn't get de-railed
- Most do well on the 6-800cal less than 40grams carbs....
- Most don't lose well on 1000+cals and 80+carbs....
There are some that can and do well on alternative methods.....you really have to be in touch with what works for you......
My suggestion to you is what worked for me and many others.......
Follow the 6-800 plan.....lose the weight.....start getting experimental when your firmly into maintenance....

I can't keep my carbs so low either or I get dizzy and faint. My calories started at 600 - 800 and now I am about 700 - 1100 calories, and I don't even count carbs (was told my nut to watch protein and calories that was it) my protein is anywhere from 60g to 120g depends on the day. Some days are better than others, I haven't hit any stalls but twice and that was at 3 weeks out and about 2 weeks ago and the stalls didn't even last more than a week and I haven't lost weight very slowly either so I am happy with what works for me :) you have to find what works for you. Good luck.
thank you everyone! I am experimenting with just that now! I just started using for the first time my fitnesspal and hopefully will find out what is good for me and what isn't working for me! But I have removed bread from my diet from my home :) Which was a big step for me as bread was once part of my every meal but I am definitely learning!
