Quarter size black Knot?

 I have developed about a quarter size black/bluish Knot/lump on my lower abdomen. Has anyone developed this or know of what it could be? It doesnt hurt and came up last night after doing some laundry. I took lovonex injections in the hospital could it be from that?

I've got a huge wicked nasty spot on my abdomen from my lovonex injections, but I'm only 4 days out.  It doesn't hurt though.   It seems like it would have shown up sooner on you, but then again I think some bruises kinda travel through your soft tissue so it may have been there, but just not surfaced till now.  Always safe to call your dr's office for confirmation though.

It's a hematoma from your Lovenox injections.  It was probably deeper under the skin and has come up to the surface.  Keep an eye on it and if it gets worse, reddens, swells or gets hot, call your doctor.

I still have a black & blue bruise from the lovonex shots.  But you said you developed it.  Recently?  I'd call your surgeon's office in the morning and inquire about it.

I bet that's exactly what it's from.
I was on that damn stuff for 21 days!  3 times a day while in the hospital for 5 days then had to give myself the injections twice daily.. my  lower belly was literally every shade of purple blue and green with not much skin colour peeking through.
I still have some knot like spots and dark purple markings left, no realy pain though so I'm guessing that's prob what yours is too.

 Please seek advice from your medical doctor on this. No one on here can tell you for sure what it is. It is always best to be safe then sorry. Good luck to you =)

Pre-opper here... what is Lovenox? Is it something that all of us have to take after surgery?...Thanks!
