So my surgeon, Dr. David Morales, office up and decided to stop taking  my insurance so now I got a new referral to a new surgeon.... I do have my approval in hand now so I will just need Dr name changed. The journey continues...

I had gsv done in December of 2011 and am scheduled to see cosmetic surgeon next week. My insurance says the cover abdominoplasty, thighs and arms if coded correctly when the request is sent in. Anyone have experience with this insurance Co.?
