Hi. I was sleeved the same day as you. I stalled out ,too and the scale just started moving again. It will happen. Just wait and let your body take care of healing itself and the weight WILL come off.

Not really because my ticker includes all the weight I lost pre op. I update my ticker on Wednesdays. As of today I've lost 22 pounds since surgery. The rest was pre op!

RELAX -- that three week - week three - stall WILL break. It might take awhile, but it will !!! Mine lasted a terrible three weeks ! From day 19 to day 35. But then like someone hit me with a magic wand, the weight started coming off....one morning, I woke up to find two pounds gone overnight -- HOW is THAT possible ?

Your weight loss will wax and wane. There will be times that y our body takes a "time out" and will hold onto pounds. And there is nothing you can do about it ! If you follow the "rules" the weight will come off.

At three weeks out, your body is still healing from surgery. Be gentle with yourself, let your new tiny tummy heal. The weight loss will start up again.

Emma, hang in there my friend. It's OK, it WILL MOVE! Read my post from a few days ago "What I learned 3 weeks post op." My stall happened at my 4th day after surgery. Now talking about being depressed! I didn't lose weight for almost 2 weeks immediately after surgery. But sure enought, the stall WILL break and you will lose the weight. THe day of surgery, Dec 8th, I weighed 222. This morning I weighed 208.6. that's less than 14 pounds in alomst a month but that's damn good and I'll take it! Much better than my efforts before surgery, and that did include a 10 day stall. Just remember, it WILL break. And when it does, you will be doing the happy dance - and I will do it with you! Hang in there sweet friend!

Stop weighing yourself. It's gonna be what it's gonna be, if you're doing what you're supposed to be doing. I decided to only find out my weight when I go to the doctor.

Hi, I'm in that boat with you... I lost 12 pounds from surgery day to the day of having the drainage tube removed; now, nothing more yet... (Just at Day12 now though, so I realize it's still early)   It seems regardless of how slowly I eat, how frequently or infrequently, my stomach hurts, and I am on that emotional roller coaster, too.  There do seem to be others who've experienced this, so hopefully, someday soon, our boat will get over this big wave!   :)

I noticed you also had the same DR. Fingers crossed the scale will start moving again soon and the right way...
