Hi everyone.  Can anyo pll how to type a message from my IPAD.

Next, I want to thank everyone for the motivation, help, concern, and helpful tips.

I had a revision from the sleeve done on 1/3/2012, yes last week, everything at one time.  I'm feeling great.
I was very concerned about not going to the bathroom(#2) once i got home. but now I'm concerned about going after every meal.  I am still on full liquids and it comes out the same way it goes in ( sorry TMI). Is this normal and if so how long?.

Probably as long as you're on liquids. When you go on solids, watch out for the opposite problem and deal with it quickly - the switch can catch you by surprise!

Current range: 140-144, BMI 21.3 - 22

Most of it. I lost over 20 lbs pre-op and 117 post-op.

Actually my highest recorded weight was 335. I use 319 as my starting weight because that's what I was at first consult for the surgery. If you count from the 335 I've lost 156 lbs, 39 pre-op and 117 post-op.

My hints are pretty simple: Up on the protein (I get 100 grams and still drink shakes), up on the fluids (I get 96 oz a day), down on the carbs (I stay under 40 except workout days when I stay under 50) and calories under 800.

Move your booty. Don't have to go to the gym - you can walk and gradually up the distance, you can get some DVDs. I just ordered (promise not to laugh) Richard Simmons "Sweatin' to the Oldies" from the 80's (OK, OK, you can laugh if you want) just because I thought it would be a fun way to work out. Don't be too serious about it, just find ways to move your booty!
