Stuck at office all day until 8:30 tonight. Had chineese delivered yesterday for lunch, so I am still eating through an entree of cashew chicken ! IT's got mushrooms, carrots and squash in there too ! 3 meals out of one entree...and gave away the rice to colleagues yesterday altogether.

I'm not a big fan of protein bars, but these are good. Mostly natural ingredients, high in fiber, and 20 g of whey/milk protein. I'm told they're even better if you pop them in the microwave for a few seconds, but I haven't got around to trying that yet.

Yeah, I haven't seen any in stores, so figured that was only available online. I have a gift card to Amazon that the doc I work for gave me, never shopped there - so if the samples are decent, may just use it just to get rid of it, even though it looks to be a bit more expensive.
Like you, I am not a fan of protein bars, but from what I've read on the FB page - alot of people are loving them. Not only that, but they seem to all have different favorites, which is nice to hear. I also read that a few seconds in the microwave have made them even more tasty.
I did see they had two different lines, regular and the all natural ones.
Thanks for your reply. Figured I'd ask since I hadn't seen many WLS people say anything about it :)
