photo help please

 I'm trying to put up a new profile pic now that my face is much thinner but it keeps getting rejected for size. Photoshop tells me it's only 450 byles which is WAY less than the 20,000 bytes the message keeps saying is the maximum....
Any thoughts on what I'm doing wrong??????

Just go to "help" in the upper righthand corner of your screen.  Scroll down to the bottom and click on
photo resizing.  It will take you to resizr.com screen.  The instrucction are eary to follow from there.
