Thanks, I did the math this morning and I have actually lost TWO of my triplets AND my two year old combined (and the three of them together actually come in about three lbs short of my 150 LOL).

WOOHOO!  Congrats my sleeve sister.  Happy Dance for you and me.    I agree that the sleeve is the best thing that I have ever done for myself. Both my energy and activity levels are through the roof.  It has truely been an amazing journey .....so far.

Yesterday was my 6 month checkup, I am down 69.6 lbs and 63.75 inches overall.  I started my journey as a snug 20 and 2x top. Currently I am in a 10/12 depending on the cut of the pants and a M/L top since I still have a little belly roll that I don't like to bring attention too.   I set my goal somewhere between 160-170 depending on how I feel. I am only 6 lbs from 170 and will be happy there as long as some of my jigglies begin to tighten up.  Time to increase the weight training.  At this time I am also considering the possiblity of starting the C25K program.

Again, High fives on your sucees.

Can I ask you if you had the revision from the band to the sleeve done in the same surgery?  I am scheduled for the revsion on the 18th and am scared to death that they won't be able to do the sleeve at the same time.  They say 50/50 chance..due to tissue damage, etc.

No, I had mine done two months apart, my doctor does not do them all at the same time. It's his opinion that you get better results when they are split, with a lower chance of complications and leaks.

Your news is excellent to me, a current band person getting ready to revise to a sleeve a week from today.

I have about 30 lbs to go.  My band slipped and it's bad enough they want to revise me to a sleeve, which is what I wanted in the first place (but insurance wouldn't cover).

Thanks for sharing.
