Looks really yummy! I find one of the hardest things is making anything fun to eat. I just get in a rut with eating the same boring things over and over. Thanks for sharing!

I love miso paste, so versitile! I was thinking of trying some miso paste over chicken to bake- have you ever tried that? I'm not sure how it would cook up.

This sauce (I gotta get the name of it) had Miso Paste in it among other Korean flavors/spices.....
and no... never really tried Miso Paste straight up.... I've used it diluted or cut down in some way....
