Ah yes, back from a conference, so time for another T-shirt.  Today's is Space Invasion by Jinx.  If you don't know, Jinx makes shirts for gamers and geeks.  My people.  Did you drop quarters endlessly into arcade games when you were a kid?  I sure did, and I love this throw-back to 8-bit graphics.  Don't remember Space Invaders?  Let me take you back to the thrilling arcade graphics of 1978....

I'm gonna date myself.....but as a young lad....working at my first Studio job.... we did work for Atari Coin-Op and also did the Box Photography for the Atari 2600......I remember playing Space Invaders on a Prototype 2600 machine.

My DH was working for Atari in like '82-84. We had an Atari 800 home computer, which I just thought was the coolest thing EVER. Not only could I play Space Invaders, but I could program the voice simulator. (I was a linguistics major, so that was fun for me, lol!).

I remember the 800........was way over my head at the time....I was so analog......

Those were great years at Atari and Silicon Valley ! Was a great energy !
