Anyone else have random instances of stomach pain 9+ months out?

I've posted a few times now about random instances of pain that I've had in my stomach....  I thought I knew the causes, but now I'm not so sure...  Note, I had my gallbladder removed a year before my VSG.   In summary, here is what has happened...  Has anyone had something similar happen?  Any suggestions on what might be causing this?  Is there any chance that this could be caused by me not chewing good enough, or eating too fast?
- Last night, pain started as I was finishing up dinner, got very intense, lasted about one hour, and my tummy is still a tiny bit sensitive this morning.  Had a meal that I've had several times before, without larger than normal portions: 2 ounces diced chicken breast, 1/8 cup quinoa salad, 1/8 cup tabouli salad.
- January: intense pain and VERY RED eyes after lunch, lasted about an hour.  Had steak and blueberries.  Thought the pain might have been from the blueberries, since I have that specific kind of steak often, without side effects.
- Late December: several hours of intense pain after a normal dinner.  Thought it might have been the stomach flu.  Went to the emergency room, doctor thought it was the stomach flu too.
- Early December?  intense pain and VERY RED eyes after forgetting about avocado issue and having less than a teaspoon of guacamole.  Lasted about an hour.  Confirmed my suspicion of no longer tolerating avocados.
- Last summer: Had avocado 2 weeks apart from each other.  After both times, had bad pain for a couple of hours. Vowed to never eat avocados again.

What kind of pain? Do you mean literally your stomach or your general abdominal area?

I have had a few instances of bad "stomach" pain - i dont think it was literally my stomach, but in that general area. Ive had 2 instances now of random nasuea and vomiting after eating certain things. No idea what it is, or why.

Your red eye thing is interesting - sounds like possible allergies to found maybe.

Yup, but the root cause for me seems to be gas. . Mine are typically followed up by gaseous emissions at some point.  I have been doubled over with gas a couple fo times.  If I get a twinge, now, I go for a walk or even a jog to bounce it out.

Edited to add:

Mine seem to come when I'm relatively sedentary, as well.

I will just throw this out there but most of those meals contain salycilates , Avocados, blueberries, not sure whats in  your tabouli but if there were onions and tomatoes then there were salycilates..., Quinoa is a trigger in some people who have a salycilte intolerance as well and an allergy ( or intolerance) to salycilates causes stomach pain...red eyes among other things.

Do a quick check of your meals and look at the ingredients and cross check with a salycilate list to see if they are on it. If they are it might pay to go get tested.

Hmmm....  The tabouli has a small amount of tomato and onions in it.... I think I'll research this more....  Thanks!
