 Cogratulations Donna, you look marvelous!! I follow your posts reguarly, always encouraging and entertaining. I see that we started at the same weight (actuallly I was 225 on date of surgery due to pre op diet, but I started this journey at 233 pounds, and I am also 5'4". )Y ou look great!! Your belore pictures show that we have the same problem areas and its so great to see that you look so good after your weight loss, and it assures me that its possible for me too. Thanks for sharing, and for your encouraging posts- please keep them coming!!

For some damn reason posting just wasn't working earlier.
I think this board gets traffic jambed sometimes. LOL

Anyway this is my advice and by no means am I an expert but I have learned somethings along this journey.

The first six months are the ones that matter the most. If you follow the basic rules the rest of the months till goal will be a lot easier.
