Thanks so much. Well I wanted to be at the 50lb mark by now but Im working on it. I absolutely love my sleeve. its the best thing I could have done for myself.
I workout 3 to 4 times a week. I do cardio,turbo kickboxing, and zumba. I am some what addicted to exercising now. How shocking!
I eat or drink 70 to 80 grams of protein a day.
I try to get in 100 oz of water daily.
There are ups and downs with anything you do. It was rough the first week but I wouldnt change my decision for nothing in the world.
