B: protein shake
S: coffee w/creamer
L: 3.5 oz baked chicken breast
S: greek yogurt
D: sushi!

water: 64 oz done, going to try for an addition 36 to reach 100 total
vitamins: all but calcium/D which I'll take later tonight
exercise: none today

D: beef stiry fry with some veggies

Exercise - i'm hoping to get a walk in, but have lots of shopping, laundry and cleaning to do
Water - today is going to be one of those 120oz + days
Vites - 1/2 way

Breakfast: Protein Shake, Vites
Lunch: 1 cup Mexican style Black Beans & steamed Chinese Spinach
Snack: Apple Wedges, 2 cheese cubes
Dinner: 1 cup Steamed Green Peas & Carrots, Vites

 Sheesh, I woke up starving today and have been fighting it the whole way through.  Still on plan as of 5:05, but it is going to be a battle for the rest of the night.

B:  (ate my lunch instead) packed a ham and cheese roll up.  Found this terific tortilla at meijers that is only 50 cals, 5 protein, and 4 net carbs.  Very excited!  

L:  Drank the shake I should had at breakfast.  20 minutes later STILL starving.  At a protein bar.  Unbelievably still not full, but at least at a point where I didn't feel like eating the pencils on my desk.

S:  string cheese (low fat)

D:  Famished, so just decided to eat.  1 Kibbee ball and 3 meat grape leaves.  220 calories and about 15 grams of protein.  Not as protein dense as my normal ratio, but finally satiated.  Praying it will hold me though the evening.

S:  Isopure plus.  Only have 56 calories left before hitting 800 and short 10 grams of protein.  This will do the trick if I can keep hunger at bay.  I so need to go to bed early or take a nap or do something far away from food :(

Some days are just "hungry" days.  Just like some days are "food...ehhh" days.  Woke up hungry today and KNEW the usual protein drink in the morning wasn't gonna do the trick.  You need to listen to your body and give it what it needs.  It's figuring out what it NEEDS versus what it WANTS that gets tricky!

B:1/2 cup whole milk with my coffee and vites
S:Protein shake with 1/4 cup whole milk and a shot of sf irish cream flavor
L:1/2 cup homemade chili with a tablespoon of shredded cheese
S: 1/4 cup homemade chili
D:2 oz Talapia, 2 shrimp 1 oz steamed broccoli
