 It's not been a great day food-wise for me

B- shake + lactose free, high protein milk
L- yogurt, cocoa dusted almonds
S- 1/2 oz beef jerky, FF/SF chai latte- no caff
D- ??? left over 1/2 c chili or 4 nuggets from Chick-fil-A

water- bad bad bad
vitamins- will get in tonight
exercise- gonna take the boys for a walk

Waiting for my daughter to wake up from surgery. Internet on my nook. b-black coffee L-2oz of what I hope was beef, 1oz broccoli, afew corn chips So far thats it but i plan on chicken or fish of higher quality for dinner

L: Chicken artichoke pizza topping
S: 2 ounce piece of sharp cheddar
D: 1 ounce turkey meatloaf, few spoons of mashed potatoes

Vitamins: done
exercise: 1 hour treadmill, 1 hour weight lifting

B: salad with leftover bbq tritip, chopped spinach, grape tomato, avo, black beans, yellow pepper, green onion, snow peas, broccoli & cheese.
S: low sodium V8 (big load of potassium in there)
L: peanut butter on an whole wheat english muffin
S: Raspberries, almonds & granola in greek yogurt
D: leftover stuffed roasted chicken
S: protein loaded pudding on multigrain waffle

water: lots
vitamins: the usual
exercise: physical therapy, tree chopping, swimming

S: Fiber One brownie, granola thin
L: two deviled eggs, 1/2 cup strawberries, honey oikos with granola
S: Apple Crisp granola
D: Tuna creations and salad

4 cups hot tea, 6 cups water
Exercise: 1.5 hours eliptical, 30 min walking track

B: 0% chobani greek yogurt S: Protein coffee L: 2oz chicken S: 50...thats right, FIFTY pistachios. Damn things! D: 1oz chicken, 1/2 cup no yolk noodles, 1/8 cup corn Water: not even close but plan on getting it all in tonight Vit: 7 out of 8 of those puppies Exercise: Yeah, not so much. Not my best day but under my calorie goal and moving on.
