Woohoo! One Year! Lots of Pics & Advice (Long)

 Way to go! You have lost an amazing amount of weight and are enjoying life! So proud of you! Congrats beautiful lady! 

Thanks for posting . . .appreciate reading it all.  The before and after pictures are always very inspiring for me.  I has VSG on 12/21/11 right before the holidays felt a little buyers remorse but then thought it was time to get real because it was times like that are about the people in my life not the food!  I had about 86 lbs to lose and now as of this morning I have 27 more to go!

I love VSG and what it has done for me!!

 See, that's where I go wrong! I have this fear of walking into department stores b/c all my life the only thing I could ever find in them when I was plus sized was not something I wanted to wear. I still can't wrap my mind around the fact that I can shop in the "normal" section where the cute stuff is! I think a trip to the mall is in order LOL

Its nice to be able to enjoy pictures of vacation and not be distracted by yourself, is not it?  I love that.  I can just focus on how great the event was!

 I know this sounds silly but I've kinda stalked you since I was interested in surgery. Just because our weight was almost the same at surgery. I was 306... and you have inspired me sooo much. I just wanna say thanks for always putting up your progress pics and how you have come along to you meet your goals. You look wonderful, and I can't wait ot share with you my one year photos once I meet goal. :) This has been the best choice I could have ever made for myself. Keep up the great work babe!
