Pan-seared tilapia
EVOO in pan. Sprinkle both sides tilapia fillets with Cavender's, paprika and creole seasoning (no salt). While cooking, drizzle with lemon on both sides. Cook in pan 2 minutes per side.
The Greek seasoning is Cavender's Greek Seasoning. I use the Cavender's and Creole seasoning on everything.
The Creole seasoning is one I mix myself which has no salt:

- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon dried leaf oregano
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
