Happy Saturday!  I just did some clearance and bra shopping.  So fun!  However, I felt fat in a lot of things I tried on.  I guess it'll take time for my brain to catch up.  Still way more fun shopping now than it was before.

B: coffee w/creamer
L: 2.5 oz stir fry chicken & broccoli
S: plain nonfat greek yogurt w/ stevia and sf blackberry preserves (first time I made this concoction and it's heaven!).
D: baked parmesan cod

water: 64 oz done, 36 more to go
vitamins: done
exercise: 25 minutes at 5-5.5 pace on treadmill done

NEXT!

Hey, I'm back home and back on track...I think.
I'm down 1 lb, go figure...beats me how.

Today I've had a cup of coffee with my 2/3 cup whole milk
20z leftover steak
1 small Dunkin Donuts ice coffee with cream
Lots of protein so far just not a lot of anything else.

It's right next to the Splenda at my Walmart.  I bought the individual packets (come in a box of 50).  It's my first time trying it and I like it way better than Splenda.  It doesn't taste as artificial as splenda.

S: 1/2 c cilantro chile lime chicken salad from HEB (100 calories and it's YUMMY), wedge laughing cow blue cheese
D: eating out, probably ahi appetizer

water: I'll get it eventually, slow day
vitamins: on track
exercise: I did 1.25 miles around the loop in the 'hood to pick up our stuff from the 5k that didn't happen. It's cold and wet and was thundering. My daughter and I will fully earn it next week when it's better

S:  1 oz sliced turkey
D:  Pan seared tilapia with Greek and creole sealoning
      Greek yogurt with blueberries, cinnamon and Splenda


Water:  40 done,
vitamins:  done
execise: 40 min walk to do

PrOlly have nectar shake in a little while - having prob with nausea because of antibiotics for H Pylori
