Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? Saturday
Happy Saturday! I just did some clearance and bra shopping. So fun! However, I felt fat in a lot of things I tried on. I guess it'll take time for my brain to catch up. Still way more fun shopping now than it was before.
B: coffee w/creamer
L: 2.5 oz stir fry chicken & broccoli
S: plain nonfat greek yogurt w/ stevia and sf blackberry preserves (first time I made this concoction and it's heaven!).
D: baked parmesan cod
water: 64 oz done, 36 more to go
vitamins: done
exercise: 25 minutes at 5-5.5 pace on treadmill done

It's right next to the Splenda at my Walmart. I bought the individual packets (come in a box of 50). It's my first time trying it and I like it way better than Splenda. It doesn't taste as artificial as splenda.

exercise: I did 1.25 miles around the loop in the 'hood to pick up our stuff from the 5k that didn't happen. It's cold and wet and was thundering. My daughter and I will fully earn it next week when it's better
