Do you find heels more tolerable to wear when you've lost a bunch of weight?

My experience is that when I was thinner, there were certain heels I can walk in all day without any pain (usually the square toed shoes).  Then there were heels that would hurt no matter what (pointy toe or curved in a way that put pressure on my toes and squished them badly).  Definitely found that when I gained weight, I cannot tolerate heels at all and will wear flats everyday.  When I lose enough weight then I can get back into my heels (square toe/comfy ones) all day long again.

That's a long answer for YES

This is such a fun topic!  I find that everything gets better with weight loss, including balance.  But, I think a lot depends on the shoe.  The ones with super high heels have got to be well made, and I really can't afford the very well made ones.  I got some pretty 5 inch heels at Payless for a special occasion, they really hurt my feet.  I realized if I want to dance i can't wear heels too awfully high and expect to dance very well.  But, if I am just sitting or walking very little the really high ones are fine.
To me there is nothing sillier than seeing a woman in too high of a heel trying to dance, it just can't be done very well.
What do you think?
