Yogurt recommendations
I like the Fage 0 Plain too. I often find it in the 32 oz. tub at Costco for a good price. I have a couple of ways I like it:
Mixed with Splenda and a little water to thin it. It's nice a creamy and sweet this way.
Blended with a little water, a splash (couple of tablespoons) of Orange Juice, 2 frozen strawberries (only one if they are huge) and some Splenda. Makes a great smoothie!

0% (with Honey flavor) Fage has 30 G carbs and 13 G protein with 170 cal.
Chobani % Pineapple is 160 cals, 21 G carbs and 13 G protein.
That is way too many carbs for me. I eat Kroger Carbmaster. 60 carbs, 8 protein and 4 carbs.

...though she be but little, she is FIERCE...

I am in total love with OIKOS plane Greek yogurt with strawberries and a sugar twin 7 g of carbs and 17 g of protein. I cook my berries down to make them soft its the way I like them and add the sugar twin in at the last few minutes and dish up in small dishes and freeze so I have lots available and stir in the serving of yogurt. I have done this for blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries and other fruit.
I too buy the Fage non-fat, and I get it at BJ's - I think 12 6-oz. cups come in the box. Great for grab and go for work! I add 3 Splendas and sometimes throw some mixed nuts in there for some "good fat". It's definitely my go-to snack for when the crave monster hits me in the afternoons!
I think there is 100 calories, 2 or 3 grams of fat, and 18 grams of protein in each container. Guilt-free! Woohoo! :)
