Basically I have just started eating most of my exercise calories back to try and net at least 1000 calories per day, my carbs are a bit higher now b/c it's hard to increase the calories without increasing the carbs. I am bouncing between 155 and 157, BUT (and my husband would shoot me if he heard this) I would not mind seeing what I look like closer to 150, so I might just quit eating back the calories for a bit and see what happens. Although my "mother" threatened to have me committed tonight when I mentioned I felt chubby in my jeans today
