The bagel bag is from the devil, fight it with all your might.  Just imagine those bagels plastered to your behind or your hips.  One on each side.  That might cure you for a while.  :)

Sounds delicious! I'm 13 days out from VSG and still on liquid/puree diet and can't wait to eat real food! (I see Nut on 3/22 and hopefully will be allowed to progress to Stage 4 then) -I've been really, really good and haven't had any problems, so hopefull next week I'll be eating like you all!

I made my goal a day early, I am 105 on the nose today.  Yay me.

B: usual, hard boils eggs with laughing cow cheese.  I am breaking out and having the new laughing cow cheese flavor, queso fresco and chipotle.  I love the spicy edge to it.

S:  This is my favorite current snack, dried shrimp with Mexican spices.  I simply buy cooked shrimp, put Mexican spices on them, and put them in my dehydrator overnight.  Love these.  Only 13 calories in 10 shrimp, 2.5 gr. of protein and 0 carbs.

L:  homemade chicken soup with chicken breast

S: frozen Greek yogurt pops.  Only 70 cals. and 6 grams of protein.

D: 3 ounces of Fillet, with homemade guacamole

S:  If I want something later, I will have a steamed artichoke with garlic, yogurt dip.

I made frozen greek yogurt pops a couple days ago and love them. I have strawberry and blackberry flavors (I used SF preserves to mix in).

Yours are probably better, everything homemade is always better, but for convenience, I buy the Yasso brand.  They are 70 cals, 6 protein, 13 carbs.  It is still a bit high in carbs, but in maintenance, I can handle it.  They are super filling, I can't finish one most of the time.  What do you do?
