It's hump day!  Halfway through a really weird week (for me).  Lots of odd stuff going on at work.  C'mon Friday afternoon!  Get here already!!  LOL

B: protein hot chocolate, coffee w/ sf creamer
S: blueberry greek yogurt
L: Subway oven roasted chicken salad w/ fat free italian dressing (we'll see how much of it I eat)
S: string cheese
D: cilantro lime shrimp (new recipe... really excited about it!)
S: sf jello

water: 59 oz done, 41 to go
vites: done
exercise: will walk the dogs tonight and may go for a 2 mile run, depending on weather

musings/ramblings for the day: been really gassy and constipated lately so am going to skip my stevia in my greek yogurt to see if that was the cause.  makes me sad because I just started using stevia and like it so much better than splenda.  oh well.

B: Carnation no sugar added rich chocolate breakfast
S: Oikos greek yogurt w/strawberries
L: taco meat and black bean puree(w/greek yogurt)
S: Laughing cow garden veggie cheese wedge
D: Slow roasted pork w/bell peppers...the rest of the fam is having rice. It makes me ill, so I'll pass!

24 oz of water down, a LOOONG way to go. Zumba sculpt and tone tonight(1 hour). Wii fit check-in tonight too.

Anyone else try the Walden Farms "zero calorie" stuff?  I bought the strawberry and chocolate syrups which mix great in Greek yogurt and give flavor and sweetness.  I think they're mostly flavored liquid splenda, but they work!

S: 10 almonds
L 1 c ff milk and 1 scoop protein powder
D shrimp ****tail 3-4 depending on size, a little ****tail sauce
S: 1/2 c Plain ff yogurt

Water: oh yeah

B - Jay Robb Protein Shake made with Silk Vanilla Light - 35 grams of Protein!
Lunch - 2 cups of mixed oranic greens with 4 shrimp ****tail on top, 1 tablespoon of feta cheese and 2 tablespoons of Ken's Light Balsamic Vinegrette
Dinner - 3 oz of chicken cooked in Philadelphia Creme Cheese - Lemon and Herb flavor
Snack - Coffee this afternoon. Maybe some popsicles tonight.

Water - half way there
Vitamins - after dinner
Exercise - Pilates tonight, yay!

S:  1/3 cup cottage cheese 1%
L:   3oz. Roasted Turkey slices
S: Premier Protein-Vanilla
D:  not sure, protein something
S:  maybe some Fage yogurt

I've started having an extra protein drink in the afternoon.  I find I have more energy to go to the gym and it does not up my carb numbers!  I will see if this helps or hurts on the scale...

B: one egg with one wedge laughing cow cheese
No snack today
L: homemade turkey chili
No snack today
D  ????  That's still a mystery.  3-4 ounces of some BBQ maybe even ribs.  I have consumed under 400 calories today up to the dinner hour.  So I can pretty much do whatever I want and still not gain.  Life is great when you have a sleeve.
