I eat 4 to 6 times per day. It depends on whether or not I start out with a protein shake.
A typical weekday for me:
Breakfast: protein shake, coffee
Snack: greek yogurt
Lunch: grilled chicken
Snack: cheese stick or hard boiled egg whites
Dinner: grilled chicken or fish with a little veggies
Snack: sugar free jello
*might skip one of the snacks depending on how I feel; drink 20-40 oz between each feeding but always after waiting 45-60 minutes first
A typical weekend day for me:
Breakfast: coffee, scrambled egg
Lunch: grilled chicken
Snack: greek yogurt or cheese stick
Dinner: grilled chicken, fish, pork, beef with a little veggies
Snack: sugar free jello, cheese, or similar
*might skip a snack depending on how I feel; same drinking pattern as weekdays
I aim for 600-800 calories per day, although I occassionally end up more near 1000 a day when I'm traveling for work. I try to keep carbs under 40 and they usually come from my greek yogurt, coffee creamer, and veggies (I stay away from really carby veggies). Protein is always over 80. Fluids always over 64 and more near 100. Avoiding bread, pasta, rice, cookies, cake, ice cream, potatoes, etc.

Very good, looks very familiar to me, except I try to avoid the snacks, I have been @ 3 meals a day but some days I make it 4 smaller ones, I just cant wrap my head around abandoning 3 meals a day but I am seeing that its better for me, to have smaller meals in general and so trying to put all the calories 3 meals makes larger meals then if I did it in 4, especially when your not eating many carbs, so I may make that change one day...
And... Yea I saw the date you joined and confused that with your surgery date, still got 6 months on me and thanks for sharing....
Sometimes I feel like I'm constantly eating, but it works for me... we'll see what maintenance brings me when I get that far.
