April 4th baby1!! Have lost 12lbs on my first week of the Optifast, its not easy but Damnit it's gotta be done!! Cooking for ny family and not being able to taste this or that...uuuuggghhh...LmAo, but THE JOURNEY HAS JUST BEGUN!!!!!!!
I wont go near the fridge... can't do it...thankfully my kids can warmup whats in there.
