Do you relish challenges? What is your next one?
I'm going to run a 5K in April or May, then I'm going to train all summer for a sprint triathlon in the fall.
I'm also going to move up to the next hardest yoga class -- no more beginners for me!
I'm also going to start a heavy lifting program, which will provide endless challenges and maintain my lean mass.
Finishing school... taking a few riding lessons and then riding with my friend... cleaning all the blinds and baseboards in my house... oh, the opportunities are endless!

Yep, I have learned that I always have to have a goal or a project or something to work toward. It might be dejunking the house (lifelong goal) or completing an art piece for a scheduled firing.
Reaching goal can be kind of a let down for some of us that are goal oriented. So I set a goal for every 6 months to weigh under 125. Have done that twice now and am close to the third time. So thats an easy one for us type A people.
A few more are to go surfing this summer (was going to last summer but had hand injury), to go skiing again (quit 12 years ago due to fatness) get carded at a bar (dream on) and do a lot more beach combing. Maybe do some more sports with my dogs. Main goal is to not be fat again.
