B: one scrambled egg with a little shredded cheese melted on top, 1 slice sprouted rye bread, 1 piece turkey bacon
L: 2 leftover chicken wings; 1 oz leftover grilled chicken w/ 1 teaspoon bbq ranch
S: greek yogurt w/ sf preserves
D: my homemade chili!
S: sj jello, maybe a few strawberries
water: 50 oz done, 50 to go
vites: done
exercise: 40 min of power yoga (wow - I am sore from this) plus one hour of picking up dog poo in the backyard from the long winter plus a one mile walk with the dogs
next!

Sunday is laundry day in my house! Boo! When will the wee ones learn to do their own laundry?

D - 2 mini chicken sliders (burger patties with no bun) ( total = 2.2 ounces)

LOL IM 5 DAYS OUT SO ,BUT WHERE IS YOUR PROTEIN? I NEED 6 OZ PER DAY ..INSURE OR BOOST.
Going easy for today, last night had some drinks and salami, roasted almonds & cheese nibbles at a friends.. even though I felt like I was eating a lot, still had about 1300cals total for the day :)
B1 & 2 Coffee & protein coffee
L: single serve cottage cheese
S: chia seed drink w/ a little protein added
D: crock-pot chicken leg
S: carbmaster yogurt or something else lower-cal/high protein.. just to get protein up a bit, if needed

L - strawberry muscle milk shake - I absolutely love the chcolate, and could drink it for B, L and D, but I'm not in love with strawberry. It's "alright" - I can finish the box of 4, but I'm not sure I'll buy it again.
D: probably some talapia and a few small grilled shrimp.
I'm off to Trader Joes to look for some new ideas, especially for fish.
