Monday fun day!
B: protein shake, coffee w/creamer
L: 3 oz grilled chicken, 1 T light three cheese ranch dressing
S: greek yogurt w/ splenda and sf preserves
D: 1/2 cup cheesy broccoli chicken
S: sf jello, maybe some cheese
water: 61 oz done, 39 more to go
vites: done
exercise: 30 min core and 30 min yoga done; may also walk the dogs tonight

Water- 2 ounces so far. Not a typo... just 2 ounces.
Vites- Morning ones are done
Exercise- haven't exercised in 2-3 weeks. My depression has gotten the best of me. :( Maybe I will snap out of it tomorrow... I say that every day.

L: Individual size Mashed potatoes w/Gravy
D: I changed my dinner! I realized um I do not like warm deviled eggs! I will make some for tomorrow though. I am going to probably have half of a pure protein bar.
S: Maybe a SF jello cup
EDIT: I also have a protein shake in the evening or some Isopure or both.

Hi Christa! It looks like you aren't getting enough protein. You probably want to increase your protein intake and maybe add a shake to help with that.

Thanks! I am definitely aware of that. I try different shakes everyday to find one I like. I just don't add it to the list of eating on here. I do on myfitnesspal though. :]
How do most of you get in snacks? I am so full through the entire day. Are you actually hungry or just do it because you should? I know I am only 3 weeks out, but I am always curious.

I have a few different recipes. Check out the Green Chicken Soup recipe and the Middle Eastern soup recipe on my profile. I lived on these during the weight loss phase. They have around 65 calories a cup and are full of protein and low in carbs. I hope you like them. The homemade chili is also really good, it's on my profile as well.
B: diet mocha drink ( diet hot chocolate, little coffee, SF peppermint), scrambled egg whites, 1/2 flat out wrap
L: veggie chicken strips with some sauteed veggies, 1/2 flat out wrap
S: cottage cheese, egg white muffins
D: sun dried tomato and basil chicken tenderloins from Trader Joes (all I can say is OMG this stuff is great)
I'm trying the flat out bread b/c its high fiber, and high protein (90 cal, 9 g fiber, 9 g protein!!) but it tastes. likes. CARDBOARD. However, i think it will work for me because it will definitely not leave me craving for more like other bread, and I can still get fiber and protein in. I'm experimenting with some greek yogurt dips/spreads to help with the taste, so maybe I'll like a little more.
