B: brunch at church (1/2 scrambled egg, 1/2 sausage link, 1/4 cup french toast casserole)
S: part of a homemade chocolate Easter egg (threw the other half out because it was good, but not THAT good)
L: 1/2 cup guacamole w/ 10 chips
D: buffalo chicken dip, slice of lemon blueberry bread
S: protein shake if needed
water: half done
vites: done
exercise: about to take the dogs on a 2 mile walk

B: my usual two eggs and two wedges of lite laughing cow cheese
L: Easter brunch (late brunch more like lunch) with friends. Shrimp salad, tomato, fresh mozzarella and a bit of live oil.
D: Stuffed cabbage roll and a piece of homemade apple tart.
Alright, I should add a glass or two of wine somewhere in there today.

Brunch: 1 ounce turkey, 1 ounce ham, 1/2 deviled egg, and 2 ounces ? of an egg fritata looking thingy- no idea on the weight, as I have no experience weighing something like that. It was very fluffy though. Very proud of myself for skipping desset, but I feel guilty. Two family members made 3 attempts at making a sugar free carrot cake so I could have some. They were very understanding, and my husband made a VERY big deal how great it was and how he appreciated it for his diet.
Meal #2- This will be easier- I am making the meal.
2 ounces ham
Asparagus-4 or 5 stalks
1 ounce sweet potato souffle
May not fit all the ham in...asparagus is the priority.
Dessert (snack): sugar free chocolate mousse.
I will have to log to check the protein- seems like I would be pretty short with this so I may need to add a shake.

L: awesome salad with ham and turkey and cheese on it.
S: almond butter and wheat crackers
D: ham and mac& cheese. I ain't gone lie. I told my aunt to save me 2-3 tablespoons of mac&cheese. I'll forgo the cornbread dressing...probably.

for Bk - 1/2 flat out wrap with mozz cheese, turkey (this was fine)
Then, I decided to get some energy bars for my hike and ate 2 of them before I started the hike (ooops, and seriously, how the hell did they even fit in my sleeve).
L: muscle milk shake
D: morning star veggie burger and baked sweet potato fries.
S: cucumber and greek yogurt ranch dip.
I went for a 2:20 min killer hike, which makes up for the energy bar fiasco, but still....ughhhhh

I spent most of the day at relatives with a lot of great food.
I didn't eat a LOT of any one thing but I ate a LOT of everything (sigh)
I will of course, work out this week, cut back on stuff, and do what I gotta do to make up ground...(big sigh)
I haven't lost a single pound in two weeks, this day did not help.
oh well,
tomorrow we hit the ground running.

L/Dinner (2 p ): 2 oz baked ham.. , picked out about a tbsp of green beens from a cassarole. Tbsp
of Potatoe bake, tsp of pineapple bake, 1/2 tsp homemade cheesecake (taste)
1/2 Yopliat lite yogurt w/chocolate Unjury.. not tooo bad?
Snack: Unjury shake with soy milk
My first exposure to real food at a family dinner/Holiday... think I did pretty well?
