Thanks everyone! I am re-setting my sights to 145 or lower.. I def got that to go I believe. But, to be honest- anything from here downwards is gravy. I'll let my body call it unless things start looking spooky.. I'm happy at 800-900 cals a day right now, and it's satisfying.. I allow indulgence days, while still staying very low-carb.. but that's just the way I prefer to eat.. tonight, lamb loin chops, olive oil/rosemary marinated.. and some spinach. Eat well, live well and enjoy!

Congrats on your success Jo, you look amazing! I have sincerely missed reading your posts for the past months. thanks for all the inspiration on my journey.
The past few months have been rather disappointing losing only 4-6 lbs but my dr says its because I am almost done. Currenly I am at 168, wearing a M-L top and 8-10 bottom.
