I flavor the cauliflower after microwaving it before laying it out on my pizza stone because well cauliflower tastes pretty damn bland. So, I throw in garlic powder, onion powder, paprika,  black  white, and little cayenne pepper, Italian seasoning (thyme, oregano, basil) and coarse ground sea salt. I layer the meat, then sauce, then cheese and then another layer of meat.

If my gas grill has a pizza stone do you think I can make it on that?

Sorry, I have no idea how stones work on gas grills. If it works for regular pizzas, I don't know why it wouldn't work for a cauliflower pizza crust. We don't even own a real grill because I use my George Foreman 360 grill for everything.

You should check out pinterest.  There are tons of great pizza recipes!  There is one with a cauliflower crust.  Some in zucchini slices...lots of really good ideas!

I make a crustless one, just as good. Like a sheppards pie. Pepperoni as the base, mushrooms, green and red peppets, top it with the sauce I buy from my favorite pizza joint, they sell it to me because I don't live near there anymore and it is my biggest craving when I go to visit family there, so then I top it with cheese and bake in the oven. It fixes my craving. I took bottles of the sauce home and froze enough in ice cube trays then freezer bags for when I need the fix. My family next door went crazy over it, we don't order pizza in our area at all, just not the same, it is all in the sauce at home, ptobably enough carbs in it not to need the crust.

I've made the tortilla pizza. Personally I like thin crust pizza so I always bru**** with EVOO or the oil from the jar of minced garlic an bake my low carb tortilla first. Add toppings and bake until cheese is melted. For the sauce I buy low sugar.

Pinterest has a cauliflower pizza recipe. I plan on trying it.
