Freaky Motivation....Six Pounds of Food !!!

I used to be able to eat those scary amounts of food. Good riddance to that.

I've learned from you to enjoy the taste of the food and not the quantity. I've also been showing my husband (the cook) your pictures and he's started to do some cool things with the plating as well.

Highest weight: 335 lbs, BMI 50.9
Pre-op weight: 319 lbs, BMI 48.5
Current range: 140-144, BMI 21.3 - 22

175+ lbs lost, maintaining since February 2012

I used to like this show to see what gross stuff the guy would eat. Even gross to me in my pre-op days. And I always wondered how he could gain weight eating all that gross stuff  but maybe they have to do a lot of "takes" on him eating a Chinese grub worm or whatever it is.

I still like the show as he mostly eats stuff I would never eat and its amusing. Mostly I avoid cooking shows now as I don't want to get "inspired" to cook all the fattening stuff I used to make.

Yeah, seeing people eat mass quantities makes me sort of hurt and want to watch it more.   Diane
