 OK OK you've warn me down  I'll go in armed with my best bra and spanx on and try on dresses.  Now to find a friend who is honest to help me decide.

I find that old Navy runs small.  I can do their XXL tops and yoga pants, but if it is anything that is fitted or not knit, it tends to be smaller.

As with most clothing...it seems to vary both between people, and between styles. I find their jeans run big on me, but not enough boob room (38DD) in many things.

I think you are going to have t go and try it on !!!

As an aside, that dress is awful. I ordered it in a medium, which is my typical standard size...and yuck. It was SO thin and the top was so big (and really low cut at the same time), but the hips were almost too small and no amount of wrapping could get it to work.

I've given up on ON. The quality is just...ick. Target has some really adorable dresses for $20-25 and they are much better quality IMO.
