Thank you!  I like to share, especially for those thinking about the VSG.  I don't want to downplay the hard work that is involved with losing the weight and remember, individual results may vary.  But it's been one of the best decisions I've ever made.

Congratulations & Thank you!  It is so encouragining to hear people's stories, not just how they managedt getting through the wls, but having to tackle that while "Life" also continued.  I'm sure your story will be an ecouragement and possible give that much needed nudge to someoene who is conisdering having this done.

Congrats to you again, you look very happy!

Holy Ketosis Waffle King,  you are DA  MAN  !!!!!  I remeber meeting you a year ago in San Jose when you were a plump little newby. You have really done this thing right and you look terrific. You have proven that life can indeed be great after our fat pasts are history.

You look so much younger and the tatoo is very cool.

At what point did you get rid of your C pap? My husband Shrinking Nerd is really looking forward to that.

Congrats my skinny friend. YOu done good.

Diane

Oh yes, I remember!  So much has happened since then!

I think I got rid of my CPap after I lost about 30 lbs.  It was fairly early on. I was still snoring but the apnea was gone.  At this point I don't snore at all unless I've been heavily drinking that night. Hahah!

Yes, that will be fantastic.  I had mine for about 13 years and was such a part of my life, I couldn't even bring myself to throw it away until six months after I stopped using it. Now, I can't imagine being so attached to it.
