For now, here's the daily intake:
B: one whole egg and one egg white scrambled
L: ww string cheese, 1 oz grilled chicken
S: ww string cheese, raw broccoli w/ 1T light three cheese ranch
D: 3 oz sirloin, 5 spears asparagus
water: half done
vites: done
exercise: not sure yet... although, in a different form, I plan to exercise control to not eat the caramel chocolate cupcakes with buttercream frosting that someone brought into work today.

D: 3-4 oz of rib eye; 1/2 c brocoli stir fry
S: greek yogurt w/strawberries.

Exercise: not today...
B: vanilla shake with mixed berries
S: quest bar
L: 2 oz roast chicken, asparagus
S: ?
D: Morningstar burger, broccoli
V: 1/2 there'

But, for breakfast I had scrambled egg whites, turkey sausage and 1/2 flat out wrap with salsa. VERY good.
Then, it went downhill and every time I went by the kitchen in work, I grabbed a piece of a cookie (b/c it's just a small piece right...?). Well, there was a lot of walking by the kitchen.
For lunch, I finished my breakfast (I didnt eat it all) AND I went to the gym for an awesome workout. Love the fuel from the cookies :)
I'll have some turkey/cheese roll and cottage cheese for snack, and some stuffed chicken breast for dinner as long as I stay away from the cookies. Actually, after coming back from the gym, the desire to eat it was GONE.
So, burnt the damn cookies off and back on track for over 100 g of protein :)
