8 month surgiversary - what a ride
As of today I am 8 months out post op, and this has been the most amazing journey ever. Yes like every journey it has had its trials and tribulations, but all in all, I could not ask for anything more!
This has been the best decision I could have made for myself!
As of today I am 91.8 lbs down, and looking for the rest to come off as well.
To those of you still contemplating or have recently had VSG - hang tough. It is possible, just remember to be kind to yourself. Beating yourself up over things will not make this journey any easier.
