Busy day!

B: protein hot chocolate, coffee w/sugar free creamer
S: blueberry greek yogurt
L: 3 inch ham/turkey sub with half bread removed; a few Sunchips
S: Supreme protein bar
D: balsamic orange chicken (homemade, grilled) w/ some type of veggie
S: none if I can! night snacking is a downfall for me

water: 3/4 done
vites: done
exercise: EDIT - ran 2 miles and walked the dogs for one mile

D: New chicken pizza recipe I saw here on OH, we'll see how it goes
S: None, will need to spend time catching up on water

Exercise: Ran like a mad person for an hour!

exercise - got 60 mins of walking in today

I totally understand the end of the month and outta money! I only get paid on the 1st and by the 25th I am SO broke... well actually by the 3rd (after paying all my bills) I am pretty broke but at least my fridge and gas tank are stocked on the 3rd... unlike now... :)

B: 4.5oz. nonfat plain greek yogurt (sweetened with crystal light cherry pomegranate)
S: 1 serving of almonds
L: 2oz. chicken breast, 1 slice of light swiss cheese, a little tomato & shredded cabbage
S: None
D: Chocolate Protein Shake with 2 tspn of PB

Water: 3 cups so far, I gotta get more in now!
Vits: on track
Exercise: 15 min. of brisk walking with some stairs & 45 min. of cardio this evening.

Need to start getting some greens in. Tried spinach the other night and it tasted fishy to me, so only had one leaf. I think I may puree some broccoli and cheese together sometime soon.

Any hints out there on getting in your veggies at 7 weeks post op?

Exercise: 45 min. on the eliptical (3 miles sooooooooooooo slow)
Water: doing crappy only at 30 oz (my favorite Mio is out and the commissary is out too)
Vitamins: no I suck
