That looks very good. I have been wanting to ask you a question. You seem to be so knowledgable. How do you break a stall? Sometimes, I know it's my own fault. I was sleeved Nov. 21, 2011. I've lost 70 lbs. so far. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you!

You asked......

Nothing....don't change a thing if your on plan. My surgeon does not believe in Wig Waging.

If your talking about WL slowing/stopping from off plan eating......than that is your answer.

Some people on 1000-1200 kcal plans find that WL stops/slows around 6 months out and find out to continue losing they must amp up activity or cut back the cals to the 600-800 range.

Hope this helps,

Thank you for the information. I may have to make some changes. Do you think it's possible to not eat enough and cause WL to slow up? Sorry to ask so much questions! It seems like when I exercise, the weight loss is better. It's hard sometimes to work in everything you need to do in a day's time. Have a good day!

If your in the 600-800 kcal range and getting your proteins, fluids, exercise.......

Just stay consistent all the way to goal......keep it simple and don't over think it.

The only times you should be raising cals is in maintenance or surgeons instructions for Athlete level activity.

Sure, there are many plans out there......It's my observation that more people make goal on 600-800kcals than any other plan.
