How are you moving today? Let's exercise....
Holy COW!!! You all are amazing. I'll try not to compare myself to you all......I worked out for about 60 minutes today. I have a trainer twice a week and was doing treadmill/bike on my off days. Last week I paid him (trainer) to develop an extra weight training program for me to do one day each weekend. Today was my first day trying it. I think I did pretty well. Did it all except the planks because the gym in my building has a gross carpet. I did get to TJ Maxx and bought myself a mat so next time - no excuses LOL
I'm 2 months 2 weeks post op for my sleeve and 1 1/2 pre-op for kidney stones.....I'm gonna keep working out though!!!

Dragged myself to the gym - really just wanted to sleep until noon.
Got on the nautilus equipment for abs, arms, shoulders before getting on the crosstrainer. Had to stay in phase 3 (heart rate between 125-142) for 45 minutes. Doesn't sound like much until you're trying to do it! But I did it, came home, showered, went grocery shopping, and now moving on to the exciting job of housework/laundry. Yeah!?!

As soon as this last Freddy movie goes off I'm going to hit the treadmill while hubby cooks for the him and the kids. I'm 10 days post op today, but can usually manage to do 30 minutes at 2.5.. better than nothing I guess :)
I like the idea of posting exercise, it allows us to see what others are doing and maybe get some ideas to use in our own routines.

At 350lbs. a Skateboard is not really a good idea any way you look at it......
At 150lbs. I realized it was doable !!!!

Just part of my low impact series of activity !!!!!
