I tried it a year pre-op but I was too impatient to wait for results. Sorry I know it's not the answer you were looking for. I cannot say if it really supressed my appetite because I still wanted to eat normal.
I was thinking that for those sleevers who are in maintenance and having a difficult time with hunger might have tried it too. Wondering if it would help post op with returning hunger.
I tried it pre-op for 30 days and it did not work as they claim. I returned the product and chalked it up to another lesson learned, if it sounds too good to be true...it usually is.
