Ummm well, just wanted to add another benefit to this surgery. As my weight comes off, well umm (can't think of another way to say it) my husband is feeling bigger! To the point we had to modify because he was a bit too big. I guess the less fat you have the more penetration it allows. Who knew.

So your husband/partner doesn't need to answer those spam emails, just lose weight (I'm guessing it'll work the same for the guys as well but my hubby is already a skinny minny).

I feel ya.. ow. Mine's 6' and very lean.. now we have that issue, plus bumping bones in certain spots. Ha! Tough problems, right?

If I recall correctly them bones against bones hurt and might take away from the enjoyment.
