*sigh* stress

Sorry, just want to complain... maybe it will help me feel better :)

Work continues to be a living nightmare for me.  Unbelievable amounts of stress.  Adding to that is that my husbands work environment has also become horribly stressful as well :(  I'm working killer hours and not sleeping well...

Despite all of this unpleasantness, I am still so grateful for my sleeve.  Before, when under stress like this, I'd skip eating during the day, maybe have a bad snack (sugary latte, bag of candy) and then eat a very high calorie dinner.  Now, I barely have an appetite, have to remember to eat, and am losing weight despite keeping my calories in the 600-1200 range & not working out.  I guess the one cool thing is that I migt get down to the bottom weight for my height, which will be interesting.

I REALLY miss the gym.  I cannot wait until I can get it back into my schedule again.  I also really miss normal sleeping hours, normal working hours, and having my hunger (wow, can't believe I said that!).

I am SO ready for this living hell to be over...  Hopefully within a month or two...

I feel for you.  I genuinely do.

My work schedule is always tough, and right now it's next-level, "I had to cancel my vacation planned a year in advance for which I have plane tickets" ridiculous.  This is the second time in 12 months that's happened due to 'corporate' demands on our plant.  This on top of my already 'busy' life is about as much as I can take.

I still go to the gym and I still walk during the day. It's the only thing that keeps the stress manageable for me.  Ultimately, they make me more productive, as well.  Even with my workouts, I'm still right on the ragged edge right now. I  basically peeled the paint off of my husband last night.   Did he deserve it?  He was out of line, but it doesn't make it ok for me to lose control.

I could have written the exact same thing the last couple of weeks - stresss sucks!!!  (at least when it's over, I won't be stressing about having gained weight!)

Hang in there - hopefully things will start looking up soon!
