Sleeve Rockin 50 lbs lost in 6 weeks

I eat three protein based meals a day whether I am hungry or not, the same time everyday. My meal consist of eggs,cheese and soups of sorts....nothing fancy because I am not ready for true solids. I am suppose to exercise more but my busy scehedual I haven't been like I should.  I got on my treadmill 2x since surgery. I took a walk in the woods this week .... I work in a middle school so I run up and down the stairs a few times a day.....gonna do more exercise soon.

 Wow you are so fortunate! I didn't hit it till 15 weeks out. Congatulations! Keep working that sleeve.

 That is awesome and very promising for those of us awaiting surgery.  I know everyone is different when it comes to how much they lose and win, but it always exciting to see people succeeding as you are.  Congratulations and enjoy your summer while I am a teacher too and will spend my summer recovering and adjusting to my sleeve.

Enjoy your summmer also...I was thinking of getting my exercise regime going during vacay.
Thx I posted my loss to encourage pre-oper's

That is AWESOME!!!! I think I'm coming off my 3 week stall. I sure hope it kicks in to high gear like yours!!!
