Sleeve Rockin 50 lbs lost in 6 weeks
I eat three protein based meals a day whether I am hungry or not, the same time everyday. My meal consist of eggs,cheese and soups of sorts....nothing fancy because I am not ready for true solids. I am suppose to exercise more but my busy scehedual I haven't been like I should. I got on my treadmill 2x since surgery. I took a walk in the woods this week .... I work in a middle school so I run up and down the stairs a few times a day.....gonna do more exercise soon.
