SUGAR FREE GREEK YOGURT?

 18 grams of sugar can't be right, my Oikos in the fridge only has 6grams of sugar in each 6oz container.

I went and checked the containers and it says Vanilla.
Could that be the reason?  I thought I had unflavored.

Yeah that's probably the reason.

We get our Fage 0% at Costco because it is cheaper there. The carbs come from the milk sugars. DH is several months out so we crush blackberries and mix them in with a little splenda or stevia. In the beginning, we used flavor extracts and splenda or sugar free seedless jam to flavor it. We would also blend a little into his protein shakes to make them a little thicker.

If you have access to Costco either by membership or a friend willing to shop with you, we also get the Premier ready to drink protein shakes for times we will be on the go. The bags of protein powder they sell are also a decent price. Keep in mind that protein drinks are something that are up to individual taste, and what you like now may change after surgery. I've heard that a lot here on OH. DH has experienced that too.

 Agreed with the Fage posts.  I like the numbers on it the best.  I flavor mine with the MiO water enhancers.  The new Blueberry Lemonade is terrific in it.
