Exersize tips:
Start doing something everyday to buid the habit early on. After your cleared. Even if it's just walking around the block or 15 minutes on the treadmill. You will eventually do more as time goes on, but not if you don't build the habit.
Eat/drink your protein within an hour of exersize so when you lose weight it's fat, not muscle.
I do a series of arm exersizes every other day. 2 - 5 lb weights - 3 sets of 12-15 reps of the following:
flys
front flys
over the head
bicept curls (I use 10 lb weight for this)
tricep lift (lean forward weights at your hips elbows at your side and lift the weights behind you)
Tricept sit ups (sit on a bench, I use my coffee table, put your hands on the table on either side, slide your butt of the table and lower to the floor and up again)
I did some machine shoulder stuff for a while but lately only have time to run and do this quick 20 minute arm thing.
