Every morsel that goes in my mouth is entered. Even if I have to guesstimate on occasion. I'm a bit anal about it, but it keeps me accountable. Love it!

Love myfitnesspal!! I check in and log several times a day on my phone(after every meal). It's so easy and takes very little effort. Without it my food diary would be non-existent.

It also keeps me accountable for what I'm eat ting. AND I can check the nutritional value of almost any food I'm contemplating before I eat it no matter where I am.

I've have MFP for a while but know that I need to keep myself accountable now that I've had surgery (not that I didn't before but you know what I mean).  It really helps you keep up with where you are calorie wise and helps you know what you've done with your exercise.  I'm still trying to get into the habit but it's definitely worth it.  I have the app on my phone so I don't have to try to find a computer when I'm out somewhere.

I'm sutherngrl94 on MFP.

I’ve been on MFP forever, but I once I started logging in everyday, I started to see consistent results. It keeps me honest with what I eat and how much I’ve actually exercised.  I love the motivational aspect of MFP; there is great group of VSGers who motivate me to go harder with my workouts, by seeing what they can accomplish.  I truly believe if I used MFP constantly from the beginning I would be well past my surgeon goal and close to my personal goal.    Feel free to add me if you want.  http://www.myfitnesspal.com/gafromva
