Thanks Eydie. I'm gonna add turkey sausage to my grocery list.

I am stuck on 1 hard cooked egg, 1 slice bacon and 1 tbs low fat cream cheese. I chop the egg and mix the cream cheese in it with a little salt and pepper. I microwave the already cooked slice of bacon til very crisp and blot the fat completely. Love this breakfast been eating it for a few months.

That sounds really good.  I'll have to try it.  I never would have thought to mix cream cheese with an egg, but I bet it is wonderful!

I have been doing the same as USAF wife for a while now. I do try to include a few bits of veggies in with the egg muffins such as chopped peppers, onions, cherry tomatoes, etc. but she is right- just pop out of the freezer and I microwave mine when I get to work.

I have a few go to favorites:

1.  Greek yogurt w/ 1 spenda packet and a few pieces of fruit mixed in (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, etc.....some low GI fruit....not much like 1 strawberry cut up or 3-4 blackberries).

2.  1 egg scrambled with a sprinkle of monterey jack cheese/salsa

3.  2 turkey sausage links

4.  cottage cheese

5.  string cheese or baby bel

6.  hard boiled egg

Ha...I just realized I pretty much eat what everyone else has said.  I do also have my Premire Protein shake within 10-20 mins of waking up usually and have breakfast about an hour later.

3 oz greek yogurt with bran mixed in
1 scrambled egg
1 egg tex mex cheese omelet
1 hard boiled egg, with salt
2 laughing cow cheese light
coffee when no time to eat
Can't stomach the protein shake for breakfast, so I have it before bed instead.

I usually have either some leftover protein from dinner the night before (reheated) or I have a microwave egg cooking thingie, and I throw some leftover cooked veg in it, then crack an egg on top, and maybe a slice of cheese .... one minute in the microwave and it's a done deal.

Also the egg bites listed above.

This is probably appalling to many but is one of my favorites. I buy frozen tuna sashimi at the Asian grocer and in the mornings I slice up about 2 1/2 ounces from the still frozen chunk and let it thaw while I shower and get ready - then I have sashimi with wasabi and soy for breakfast. I love it and it is a fantastic quality protein that fills me up for the whole morning.

Sometimes on the weekend I make a big batch of protein pancakes and have one of those reheated in the morning... but they are less protein than the other options, so not usually.

I have heard, and I have found that it is true for me, that if I  have solid protein first thing in the morning - I have less hunger and fewer cravings for other junk for the entire day. Dunno why, but it works for me! For me, solid protein is meat, poultry or fish, not eggs / cheese / yogurt.
