yellow tongue
Anyone else get a yellow tongue when you're in ketosis? I was on the old Atkins diet when I was 18, and I had this yellow coating on my tongue all the time. No yellow tongue for years and then recently I noticed it again. Weird, but I don't need to use ketostrips - I have my own built in one! LOL

I know that I did experience this for a time. I bought a tongue scraper and scraped if off my tongue. I did this for a while and it eventually went away and has never returned.

Could be thrush (yeast infection in mouth), I would check with your doctor. I had it for a good three weeks after surgery. It was brought on by all the antibiotics they give you in the hospital. They usually give you one oral med to swallow, then a med to swish in your mouth 4 times a day. Tongue scrapper did help for me a bit during the duration.
