Yep.  As of this morning, 199 pounds.

I don't think it has sunk in yet.  I stared and went, "Huh."

So while I'm here, I'll take advantage by asking a couple of questions.  I just started using my wii fit this week, and yesterday spent 31 minutes doing step aerobics.  Not strenuous stuff, just hard for me because I'm uncoordinated and have no rhythm. Ha!

Today I'm sore.  I know it's because my innards bounced around.  Is that okay, 5 weeks out?  Should I not do bouncy stuff?

Oh, and I bought some Torani  Sugar Free Caramel last night. Saw it at the supermarket--didn't know they had any Torani.  Now. What do I do with it, again?  LOL

I think I need to go stand on the scale again.

Congratulations on the Onderland!  I cant wait to be there myself.

On the "bouncy" stuff - try wearing a compression garment.  I couldn't run if not for them.

Just bought a compression garment.  I don't know how to tell whether it's too small and I think it may be, but I like it tight.  Feels good.  W00t!

Its the right size if it feels two sizes too small, LOL.  It took me forever to get used to the feeling.  I have two - one for when I run and one that I use under clothes if I want a cleaner look (i.e. take the top off the muffin).

Oh, good!  I'm glad to know it's the right size after all!

I'm going to use this for both right now, since I need something under my dress at my son's wedding.  I will probably always have a muffin top because that's just the way my body always has been.  Unless I turn to plastic surgery.  We'll see what happens.
